The Executive board is responsible for all strategic and operational plans and activities.
Our team consists of nine members and it represents the 30th board of ESN Amsterdam. These are the faces and contact points of ESN Amsterdam and are responsible for the organisation’s day-to-day tasks, policies, committees, and activities.
Hey everyone! I am Boyko, and I am this year’s President of ESN Amsterdam! I am from Bulgaria and currently in my second year studying Economics and Business Economics at the University of Amsterdam.
Outside of ESN, you will probably find me running, playing or watching football, or enjoying a good coffee. A fun fact about me is that I spent a few years at boarding school in the UK, which was definitely an interesting experience and gave me some pretty good stories along the way.
I am really looking forward to meeting lots of new people this year and making the most of my time in ESN. If you ever need help, have questions about Amsterdam, or just want to say hi, feel free to come up to me!
Hi everyone! I’m Anne, and I’m this year’s Vice President and Secretary! I’m 21, originally from Romania, and I’m currently in my third year studying Media and Information at the UvA, with a minor in Psychology. I also work as a motion designer, so apparently I enjoy having approximately zero free time.
When I’m not working, I enjoy playing bass, making coffee, gaming, taking film photos, or listening to an unreasonable amount of nu metal. I’m also very into tattoos, whether that means getting them, looking at them, or convincing myself I definitely have space for one more.
What I love most about ESN is the people and the chance to help make student life a little better. Whether you need help with something, want to meet new people, or just want someone to randomly debate music, coffee, or art with, feel free to come find me at one of our events!
Hi! I’m Seljan, I’m 19 years old and currently in my second year of Economics and Business Economics at the University of Amsterdam. I’m originally from Baku, Azerbaijan. This year, I’m excited to be the “left hand” of the President as the Treasurer of the 30th Board of ESN Amsterdam. I’ll be responsible for managing the organisation’s budget and finances throughout the upcoming board year. Outside of university and ESN, I love travelling and discovering new countries and cultures. I’m also passionate about baking, enjoy playing pool with friends, and I’m always up for trying something new and gaining new experiences!
Hey everyone ! I’m Isabella, and I am this year’s PR Coordinator ! I am Bulgarian and Russian but grew up in France, and am currently in my third year of my Bachelor of Global Arts, Culture and Politics at the UvA, doing a Minor in Law, Culture and Development at Leiden University.
In my free time I really enjoy traveling around, both big adventures and little day trips, as well as making music, reading, painting, and baking. I am very excited about this upcoming year with ESN, and look forward to making content for our social media platforms that can help and interest our students, and most importantly I hope to contribute as much as possible to making students feel welcomed, have fun and make unforgettable memories !

I love travelling, dancing, and taking long walks in good weather (sadly don’t get a lot of that around here).

Hi everyone! I'm Avrin, a third-year Ancient Studies student at the University of Amsterdam, and this year's Integration Coordinator for ESN Amsterdam. I'm from Singapore (though I've been raised mostly in the UAE), and have enjoyed meeting new people from all over the world and learning about their cultures! I also very much enjoy spontaneous museum visits, cafe-hopping and going out for bubble tea!

Hi everyone! My name is Arvind, and I’m this year’s External Relations Coordinator for ESN Amsterdam. Together with our amazing Partnerships Committee, I’ll be working to build exciting collaborations and bring valuable opportunities, discounts, and experiences to our international student community.
I’m currently studying Economics and Business Economics at the University of Amsterdam. More than anything, I want ESN to be a place where everyone feels welcome, included, and has a genuinely good time. I’m excited to see what we can make happen this year, meet plenty of new faces along the way, and make some great memories together.
Hi, everyone! I’m Alex, and I’m this year’s Introductions Coordinator for ESN Amsterdam. Together with my co-coordinator, Gaurav, and our wonderful Introductions Committee, we’ll make sure all exchange students get the best possible start to their life in Amsterdam.
I’m currently in my third year of Media and Culture at the University of Amsterdam, where I’m also taking a minor in International Relations and participating in the university’s Honours Programme. Beyond academics, I’m a passionate cook and cinephile, and I enjoy reading, travelling, and writing poetry.
Although I’m mainly in charge of the events at the very beginning of the semester, you’ll definitely see me around at many of our other activities as well!
