Winter Introduction Week
Become a coach for the ESN Winter Introduction Week 2022!
ESN Amsterdam is currently organizing the Winter Introduction week 2022 for incoming exchange students at the University of Amsterdam and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. The program will take place between Thursday, February 3rd, and Saturday, February 5th and it is full of cultural activities, fun workshops, and social events! Would you like to participate by helping us out as a coach? We need you to show students what Amsterdam and the universities have to offer!
What does being a coach mean?
It is the perfect way to meet the new international students while participating in the fun and interactive Intro week program. You’ll be assigned to a group with another coach and together you will participate in all activities with them and share your tips and tricks of the student life in Amsterdam. As a coach, you are the main contact person between ESN and the students, which requires a certain commitment and motivation. If you want to further develop your communication and leadership skills, this is a great opportunity for you! Be aware that if you apply, you have to be available during the Intro days (3.2.-5.2.)! More information will follow after registration. Sign up HERE!
Welcome to all new students in Amsterdam, a lovely city with a rich history, culture, and traditions! Studying in Amsterdam will not only enrich your knowledge by broadening your horizons but it will also enable you to build lifelong friendships with students from all around the world. We will help you with this by bringing you together with our unforgettable activities, events and trips. We hope that this way you can get the most out of your stay!
A great way to start your exchange is by joining the Winter Introduction Week which will take place from Thursday 3rd February to Saturday 5th February 2022. This 3-day programme is tailored just for you to be prepared for your first days in Amsterdam. ESN Amsterdam will introduce you to the city, the universities, the Dutch culture and language, and give you an opportunity to meet your fellow international students with fun activities. We will make sure to give you an exciting start of your journey in Amsterdam!
Due to the current Covid-19 regulations, the programme will be fully online. However, we will do our best to offer physical activities as soon as it’s allowed again.
